The Stewardship Ministry will sponsor their 6th NHMBC American Red Cross Blood Drive on Saturday, April 9, 2022. The event will be cohosted with the Health and Wellness Ministry and will be held in the Mabel Winston Fellowship Hall from 10:00 am until 2:30 pm. As you have probably heard, blood donations are low from the impact of the pandemic and the need is great, especially for sickle cell patients.
You may sign up on the Red Cross website at www.redcrossblood.org. Our sponsor code is “nhmbc.” There will be a schedule for you to select a donation time. Walk-ins will be welcomed, but we encourage everyone to register online in advance. If you need any assistance with scheduling online, please contact Ruby Pittman: 919-883-6778, ejmom8@aol.com.
